This was the greatest concert of my life! I saw Offspring in December and this concert was a million times better. When Dexter got on the piano it was awesome. They had a great set list and played Half Truism and Walla Walla. Totally worth seeing. My Favorite Band.

We arrived to the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater around 1:00PM on 6/5. When we first pulled up to venue the lady attending the parking lot asked if we were part of the band. lol, good times. Then we were waiting and waiting met a guy by the name of Brandon (Offspring‘s lighting tech). Drove him to the local 7–11 got him some smokes and stuff he needed to grab, talk about Offspring and their back history. We tried convincing him to get us backstage, but to no avail. Regardless, Brandon was a very cool dude. We waited in the line for the show and were #1–4 in line. The Street Dogs were very awesome. Offspring was amazing to hear them live. I only wish their played stuff from Ignition, and the self entitled album. Would have love to hear Beheaded, Blackball, Jennifer Lost the War, Session, Kick Him When‘s Down. I thought it was very funny when Dexter said “let‘s play some old shit” and played Walla Walla. I was like if thats the old shit, then my requests are prehistoric. I can‘t wait for another So Cal Show. Thank you!

So as I was sitting in my seat waiting for the show I thought to myself, “Wow, I‘m really gonna see them.“ The Offspring has been a part of my life ever since I first heard them while my mom was driving me to school. She was a fan back in the 90‘s and I guess that has led to me becoming a fan, and well, there I sat seeing them for the first time.
When the lights dimmed and the crowed started screaming my heart began to race, than it happened, I heard Dexter‘s voice begin to sing “Shit is fucked up.“ I couldn‘t contain myself, and I started singing along, than came “bad habit“ than “your gonna go far kid“ and I just kept singing to point that I lost my voice. I was head banging, and screaming and jumping.
My seats were not the best but they were still pretty good and I was glad to have them, but at one point I needed to get to the pit. I ran down with a friend and tried to get in, but security wouldn‘t let us pass. Still I was happy to be there despite the set back. When intermission came I was briefly disappointed because I thought the show had ended but than I saw the jugglers, absolutely the best thing any band has ever done! When they continued I was back to shouting. When “Kristy are you doing ok“ came on I couldn‘t contain myself, and have to admit, I almost cried (this song hits home with me.) The rest of the show I did not sit once, I‘m glad for that, how can anyone sit at such an amazing show?
I noticed there were several bonfires on the lawn and though I wanted to get up there and mosh like so many others but I just couldn‘t leave my seats. As they played their last song, I felt a little robbed that they didn‘t just play the rest of the night. I began chanting “one more song” for a while, and when they came back for the encore I was so please, and did not expect more than one song.
I left that night completely satisfied with the show but still wanting more. This may have been my first time seeing them, but it will not be my last.

I asked my 2 daughters to take me to your show for Father‘s Day. It was awesome. You played all the songs I hoped to hear and more.
Most of my contemporaries are listening to oldies from the 60‘s. I just can‘t be stuck on one kind of music. I‘ve always enjoyed your work and your latest CD totally rocks.
Your fans are great. Rowdy as hell. We were on the lawn where they set 2 fires & had a spontaneous mausch pit.
I‘m looking forward to seeing you again in OC, or better yet somewhere in Europe.

One of the best concerts i have been to. They really know how to get tthe crowd going and they like to throw in a little humor too. During the intermition it was like there was a small circius act on stage. My favorite part of the night was when Dexter brought out a piano onstage and told the crowd to not make fun of him cause him mom made him take piano lessons as a kid. Also adding that he was a serious musician and seconds later playing the peanut song. On the piano he sang a slow verison of Gone Away that really made it seem like a love song, and i LOVED it. All in all they played an AWSOME show that made a wonderful birthday present for me and my sister. We love the offspring dearly and hope that they will do another show in orange country before the end of the tour.

Woo-Hoo! Here we are again-went to San Diego on Wed. and HAD to see you again. Our seats weren‘t as close as in SD, but the big screens made up for that! I LOVED that you played Walla, Walla!! If I had the money I‘d buy a plane ticket to go to Seattle on the 9th! All day Saturday I was suffering from Post Offspring Concert Depression and today(Sunday) I think I am having Dexter withdrawals…

The only bad thing I can say about this show is that it did not go on forever! It was the best concert I have ever been to, by far. First, I love the venue. The band played with a lot of energy and heart. The lights and smoke show was good, enough to add to what the band had going on, not so much that it distracted from the music. The mix of humor with thoughtfulness, insightful lyrics and those that are fun to just plain yell made the show even better. Good opening bands that I may not have paid much attention to other wise but now I will certainly be seeking out for my listening pleasure. I just can‘t say enough these guys and this show. The 5 % of my hearing that I lost was worth it. If I get a chance to see them again, I enthusiastically will.

This was definitely one of the best concerts ever. This is my second Offspring show. :] I really loved how energetic the crowd was…it was completely electric! Also, I think it was so awesome that Dexter did Gone Away on the piano. It was absolutely magical. The only thing that could‘ve made this experience better would‘ve been if i could‘ve gotten to meet the band. We waited for ever after the show, hoping they would come out. lol. Maybe next time! Keep on rocking!
