Non of the albums had any good guitaring, but the best would have to be the selftitled album or Ignition.

Ixnay has some pretty nice riffs in it. Nothing too difficult, but they all sond great.

there is not much guitar part that impress me. i didn't like playing them as much as others (i play all of their songs :) )

easy songs can be fun to play too(all i want-gone away-gotta get away) but somehow i think splinter doesn't bring something new and exciting for guitarists who plays offspring.

The CDs I know the most songs from are Americana, Splinter, and Ixnay, so they're out. The best guitaring would have to be self titled. I only know how to play Beheaded.
