Ooops, nevermind. I read the thread title wrong.
Too Much Drama from the vandals is an almost copy of Walla Walla. What else?
Dexter wrote Walla Walla for the Vandals, but I dont think they exactly liked all of it, so they took pieces of Walla Walla and made Too Much Drama, and Dexter left Walla Walla for americana.

That's all Sum 41 DO, is rip off another band with their newest CD in order.
First one (well, think it was their second - but first commercial one, whatever) - "All Killer, No Filler" was basically Blink 182 in style, totally - with the drummer rapping on the side.
"Does This Look Infected" was Offspring-lite to the max, with a little bit of metal thrown in.
And "Chuck" is now basically watered-down old-school Metallica.
Now I don't MIND them as a "radio band" (hell: they're better than, say, Blink 182 or Nickelback), it's just a little thing I noticed. The drummer's still one funny fucker, though - he rules. :)

Ok, how about this: Welcome to Hell sounds like Da Hui. At least, it sligtly does.
The intro from Sum 41's Hooch and Bad Religion's Social Suicide sound like the intro from Offspring's Da Hui and Come Out Swinging. Yes.

The Hellsong and TKAA have a very similar guitar riff.
BTW, did anyone see Conan's Desk Drive starring Matthew(guy with long hair) I found that incredibly funny.
