I don't think so. A 'Medley', usually is like a mix of various songs played together. Many bands do it at concerts, they put parts of different songs together.

i dunno. i guess it's an unofficial album. a year ago i bought a 'deLuxe collection' of offspring songs on a black market in poland. the cd containes songs: defy you, 100 punks, pretty fly, lapd, fuckin' easy (dex is yelling 'fuck' for a few seconds), outon patrol, kill the president,dammit i changed again, and much more. altoghether there's 26 tracks on it and it costed only 20 zeta (that's about 5 USD).dexter's face is on the cover (the ugliest dexter pic i've ever seen btw). i guess that album on e-bay
is sth like that. or maybe sb has done it by himself (i mean downloaded a few songs)and tries to sell it:D
