Tony hawk's pro skater 3, motoX unleashed, and needforspeed. There's one song I liked, on that, I forgot what it's called, but it goes, "If skin could crawl my flesh would fall" Yes, I was 8 the last time I heard it. and of course, that game with sweet tooth and minion in in, I forgot what it's called, but that game 3. spectre, hammerhead.:D

I think GTA (III & Vice City (don't know about San Andreas, I don't have this one...)) have good soundtracks, Metal Gear Solid 2 also got a good soundtrack, performed by Harry Gregson Williams (Music Tech. of Emeny of State), of course Crazy Taxi has a very soundtrack featuring The Offspring. Some Final Fantasy's melodies are pretty good too.

T.H.U.G 1 had an excellent soundtrack- Tony 4 wasn't too shabby either.
GTA: Vice City deserves an honorable mention. I even went as far as to buy the V-Rock CD.
