I can't think of one on my own, but out of the list, it's gotta be Darth Vader. My reasons are too obvious and too numerous to explain.

didnt know you needed to be intimidating all the time to be a good villain. as it is, he certainly wasnt gay. maybe feeling a bit incestuous. but not gay

Darth Vader, the French name is better : Dark Vador.
I choose him because he's the only one I can imitate in your list.

Hmm, I can't think very clearly right now. Steve Buscemi in Con Air is great. He's a Hannibal type killer, who has been known to drive around wearing a victim's head as a hat. Yet when he escapes, every motherfucker in the audience loved it. John Malkovich was a great villain in that too. Just a fun movie all around.

First of all, sorry if there are some classical villains missing in that list, but i didn't wanna make it too long. Secondly, so far no one has mentioned their favorite scene! That was supposed to be my favorite part  Cmon people: "Luke I am your father", "Oooh! you cursed brat! Look what you've done! I'm melting!", "I do wish we could chat longer, but I'm having an old friend for dinner. Bye." Pick one!
