I like these guys. http://www.34sp.com/ it may not necessarily offer the most space or largest bandwith etc... but I've had no problem with it at all, and it's a cheap rate to pay per year. It all really depends on your bandwith needs I think.

i think it just copies another site onto whatever .tk address you chose.

www.no-ip.com (http://www.no-ip.com) is the best, it lets you host.

I've used ActiveWebHosting in the past. They're strict on what you can upload, but if you're looking to host a basic site with a domain, then go for them.
