I think you're right. The only times I received an email from them was when The Offspring were going in Canada.

And it makes sense. Why should they send you a notification that Offspring will be in Japan when you live in Australia?!

Back in the days they used to send quite often some info, but gradually it's got slower.

Yeah, same for me, hehe. I received an email when they went in Ontario ( or whatever, I can't remember where they went exactly ), but I also received an email when they went in Montreal and another one with all the tour dates in North America.
