The Simpsons is a classic but it's not the best from the list.

I've only seen the pilot episode of American Dad (UK BBSers, American Dad and Family Guy are going to be on BBC2 soon) and it wasn't that funny compared to Family Guy.

Futurama is funny as hell. But I'd have to go with Family Guy.
