They haven't made a big deal of halloween this year in the UK. Last year fuck everyone went crazy.

I thought it was just me not noticing. But yeah, no one seems to care this year.

It's not just happening in the UK. I didn't even know Haloween was coming up, until yesterday.

Although, my memory's not very good evidence, considering last year I once asked a friend if October had a 31st day.
