But the problem is that this avatar is too big for the board, so help me for find a solution for i could use this avatar.thanks

Open it with paint.

Image > Strech/Skew.. > put in 50 (like half it) then do it again.

EDIT: try not to make it to small. or maybe just put in 75.

To make it smaller you grab a knife and slash for fingers repeatedly, hope it helps!

Messing about with it in paint stops it working. I've heard there's a application that lets you make each frame smaller, but I can't remember what it's called
