He's exclusive for the Xbox version. I think he is some sort of cartoon character.

I'm terrible to play multiplayer with because I always play the same characters. I played Seung Mina in soul blade 99% of the time. And I always go for yoshi when we're having wasted videogaming nights with mario party. Hence my favourite characters are usually my favourites for a really stupid reason, like Seung Mina takes away a good chunk of health when she brings that thingy down over her head.
