I've created one on my website, offspringbootlegs.co.uk (http://www.offspringbootlegs.co.uk).

All you have to do is register to be able to upload as many photos as you want. There's also an Offspring photo album to view photos of the band. It allows you to also upload smaller thumbnails of images as well if you wish.
I am yet to upload any photos as I'm not at home right now, but I will add some tonight, and I'm sure others will upload some soon.

Let me know what you think, I thought some people may be interested.
