What hair dye is that? And what is your natural color/what was the color before you dyed it this color?
It's GORGEOUS and I want it so bad. I probably can't (I have super dark hair) but I wanted to ask anyway.

I have this (probably stupid) theory about this, as a friend of mine wanted to dye her (naturaly black) hair too: would it not work if people with dark hair bleached theyr hair before they dye it?
edit: too late I guess...

Revlon, but I forget the exact type. The colours are orange/red and bleach I think. It's the special runway thing I think. Naturally she's dark brown, but her hair's been bleached/dyed like a billion times so far, I don't even know how it doesn't tear into pieces :p
You know what's gay? My hair is lighter than hers and when they put the red/orange stuff on me it didn't work that well :( That is le sad :(
Watch me go crazy when I go home though :D

I am now of the opinion that Northern Europe is populated solely by women with wildly colored hair.

You so weren't. Your speech was getting more slurred as the conversation went on. Not to mention how excited you got whenever somebody said your name.

Yeah, as Iz said it's Revlon... chromatix is the way you spell it I think. Like... subtype thing. I'm trying to find it online but I am failing miserabely >.>
I've been dying my hair 'wildly' since December or November 2004 I think. That's the first time I used chromatix and only for like, highlights.
After that I started using only those, bleach and black(it's in the back so you can't see it).
I never actually dyed my whole hair in one colour, it was all of them scattered around. I dye my hair every two months (to try to keep it healthy... It's working! w00t. Soft and silky, yo.) so naturally when I change the layout of colours sometimes the chromatix colour ends up over what previously was bleach and it adds up the colour.
I think that my hair stylist person mixes chromatix with some 'ordinary' dyes so it would stay on my hair longer... I can ask them from details if you really want me to...?
And yeah, feel free to fix all of my spelling and grammar 'cos I was too lazy to check. And if something I said made no sense ask Iz. Bwahaha.
Thank you so much for this awesome answer! (And thanks to Izie for being the first to answer :P )
No no it's alright, I dont need exact info, I just wanted to have an idea of what it was. I'd bleach my hair but that would kill it. I am glad enough that it got softer & stuff, I dont want to ruin it with bleaching the hell out of it :E
But one can try, one can try...

Nina, I used to bleach my hair all the time, and it's still fine. As long as you use conditioner, and don't bleach it every month or something, I don't think bleaching is as much of a problem as people make it out to be.

It would, but the different shades in the hair wouldn't show up. Plus bleach totally fucks up your hair for a while.
Kitten is right, bleach does fuck up the hair, or at least most definitely MINE. I once dyed my hair, without a lot of bleach (some, of course, but as I said, not a lot) and the color didnt show up, yet my hair was not as soft anymore. UGH. Annoying. And if I actually bleached the hell out of it to adapt the color that Lakilea has I'd probably be hairless in no time :E
