Yeah it is. I don't know how much it's worth, but I bidded on one from the same seller, and the winning bid was $86. This one is overpriced compared to the other one. Probably why no one has bid yet.

It's a re-release in terms of re-released on Nitro rather than Nemesis, where it had gone out of print. It was the second re-release that took KTP off it. As I owned (and sold) a copy of it recently, I can state for the record that KTP is on it.
