along the top, click on *View*...in the menu that drops down, click *header and footer*.

ummm....can't you just use a blank page in word and have it like

TITLE

TIPHANI LASTNAME

CLASS

DATE

but centered and whatnot? i can send you one so you know what i mean, if you need
