Ok, so I was reading something that said that the FDA has said that Chocolate is legal as long as it is sold, possesed, and ingested as a food item. So would I be correct in thinking that if you sold it as a drug, you could get arrested or something? And that would go the same for grapes, asparagus, and all other foods?
Wow.

Chocolate does contain caffeine, which is a stimulant, but not nearly strong enough to be considered illegal.

Ok, that makes sense, but the thing said its legal AS LONG as its -blanked- AS A FOOD. so, if you sell it as a stimulant to a six year old, is that illegal, or just stupid?

Smoking cocoa leaves would be tastier than eating them, I think.
