I don't know if this was ever shown outside the UK.. it's about spies and MI5. It's awesome. I bring it up because I got the first season on DVD today.

My parents used to watch it... I think I saw one episode or something, but I don't really remember anything from it.

And wasn't there a rap group called Spooks in the late 90s?

Must be a UK exclusive or just not shown in the US because I haven't heard of it. Is it more of a documentary or a drama?

Edit: Because it could be like talking about what spies do or actually show fake spies like an action movie.

It's a drama. It was made by the BBC so unless it was remade (badly) it wouldn't be shown in the US.
