Well, i don't know more than a touristic package from New York, but yeah... They obviously have tobacco laws in NY.

Isn't it 21???? I mean..I live about 15 minutes from the boarder of new york state...yet I know nothing...I think its 21 though.

I know that in Arizona it's 18 and I think it's the same for the rest of the country.

I believe it's 18 for any kind of tobacco products in New York.

And Pilz-E, New Jersey is actually upping the age to 19 as of April 15.

Ok, I don't actually smoke and even if I did I'm 21, but for some reason that age change thing pissed me off.
