There are still societies/tribes which are not that civilised. And what does terrorism have to do with being civilised?

hell no. in a civilized society we wouldn't be blowing the crap out of other nations. technology does not equal civilized.

ha ya...i agree, define it, and you tell me if you find any place where it is civilized...and does that mean it is absolute because i would think every place has that bad seed...is there a ranking on being civilized or is it just one kind as well?
