Put boiling water in a bucket, with menthol or camille (that's not the right English word, sorry), put your head above it, and a towel over year head, and breath.

And see the doctor if you can, there are good meds out there to help you.

Well I did a quick reseach and all I found was this medication and that mediction...no actual tip.

They sell it in a pharmacy now.
I paid 15$ for a pack of twelve pills, I think. For a pill a day. Prices may vary between countries but this is isn't something you can't afford, nor do you need a doctor's consultation on the matter.

The catch is it might take two-three days to kick in. But that's anti-allergies medicine for you.
