Capturing Video with USB 2.0?

So I've got this digital camcorder sitting on my lap, plugged into my computer with a USB 2.0 cable. However, I don't know what program to use to capture the raw video. Adobe Premiere is like lolz firewire kthx. Any help?

I had the same problem when my dad bought a MiniDV camcorder. You can't do it with a usb. My camcorder has a USB port but it's only meant for transfering pictures. You could only transfer video via firewire.
