"Hombre" is "man". I know.
But, "man" could be consider as "authority"

The title can be interpreted "Fuck/Defy Authority" via the following reasoning. Ixnay is Pig Latin for nix, meaning no, and hombre is Spanish for man. This makes the title "No on the Man", where the Man refers to authority and no on would refer to saying "no", being defiant or, more broadly and crudely, expressing a negative opinion through the use of the word fuck, hence the title above.

for me and just because of the real meaning "Fuck Authority" and i think i need to go through it again

Ixnay is Nix in 'Pig Latin (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pig_latin)' which is slang for no
Hombre is Man is Spanish

so the literal translation is No on The Man

and The Man (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_man) refers to Authority just like when people say "stick it to The Man"

So we are at No On Authority

And this is the hardest jump but 'No On' part is a kind of defiance hence Fuck

So the full but slightly obscure translation is Fuck Authority which makes a Little more sense than the literal translation of 'No on the Man'
