Have you heard of these cd and video?

I was going through an old magazine and I found a advertisment for rare a rare Offsprin cd and video. the ad said that there was a rare cd called "Rebelling Teens - Live 1992" and for videos "Live Voltage - Live 1994"
Has anybody heard of or seen these?
