i have another question:are guitar tabs for acoustic and electric guitars or only for electric giutars ect..?

guitar tabs are for all guitars.

www.cyberfret.com is good, but your best bet is to get a guitar teacher. They're very helpful in teaching theory, sight-reading, and technique.
