Actually, I don't think that the REALLY fat women can have sex at all. I mean, if you see pictures of them then it looks just impossible unless the guy had a 20 inch dick. And even then, there'll be too much fat hanging over her holiest of holies to manage to do anything.

Plus, they'll probably have a heart attack.
