well, uh.. queso, salsa and sour cream.

and guacamole every once in a while.

Salsa and nacho cheese.
I think they go great together.
Dip one side of the nacho into the salsa, and the other into the cheese.
EDIT: and the queso stuff is good too.

My cafe prepares nachos with the following toppings

-cheese
-chicken
-jalapeños
and sometimes olives

which you can dip in salsa, sour cream or gaucamole.

And it's fucking delicious.

What Per said. Except I won't touch the ones that have been in the salsa, or have been touched by jalepenos. No hotness near my mouth.

i usually have a chunky salsa, some Jalepenos(excust the lack of squigley over the 'n'), and a colby jack/mozerella cheese combo, if we have any, i put on some sour cream or burger.

If it doesn't have chicken strips, it's worthless. refried beans are a suitable replacement.
