congratulations to your sis.
Thanks! Finally a bit of satisfaction for my parents..i'm just happy! :)
I know how that feels like. my brother & I have messed up our education ever since we were born. I remember finishing high school & thinking; "they've got to have *something* to be proud of". now we're both seperately doing better, but the standards dropped below zero. my brother & I both passed our year in university & even that now suddenly seems a huge accomplishment.

It's really a big thing... now i'm also studying and i hope that soon i'll reach that goal too.
a bachelor is great, for me still relatively far away in the future. I won't rest untill I have my masters, though.

i have the same dream... now i'm working 8 hours a day, but i have decided to leave the work this august to spend my time only for the study.
It's hard because now i have some money, then...nothing, so it's very hard... but i think it's the right choice.

I read this thread three times now. But now I *just* understood that this was about the bachelor degree. And NOT the reality program "The Bachelor." Jeez.

Isn't it a little weird to be that happy for your sister? I never care about what happens in my family members' lives.
oh I care. but I wouldn't post about it on a public message board. *scratches head*

you don't have to roll your eyes to that, it's okay for Gulsah & me to say we don't fully understand the commotion, is it not?

The ironic thing is that Bachelors don't get jobs in here. Nobody wants to pay people with such degrees.
Isn't it a little weird to be that happy for your sister? I never care about what happens in my family members' lives.
If you are sincere about this then I'll be surprised. To show how important it is to me, I myself always criticise my very close family members for never showing interest.
