If you mean Insane Clown Possy, then no. I think they got voted the worst band ever by some magazine a few years ago. Whether or not they actually are, they still aren't good.

ICP isn't even music, it's a bunch of "Juggalos" talking and cursing with (maybe) a beat in the backround. My friend burned me a CD of theirs, and let me tell you it makes a really nice coaster for my coffee table.
