Complete utter retardation. I love it. Who says making fun of retarded kids isn't fun?

How is this making fun of retarded kids? Would this be sound clips?

Apparently it was made to be a part of the Family Learning Channel, but it was rejected because they found it to be making fun of the retarded children instead of helping them.
I found it worth a laugh.

I've seen that before, but I could've sworn it was a cartoon last time...

^ That's because it was a cartoon before.
This stuff is really old, I mean really old. I don't know if it really was rejected by the Family Learning Channel (if there is one) in the sense that it was sent to them, but it's obviously just all a joke. I've seen the whole thing one day, which was about 4 years ago, and it wasn't my decision to watch it, since all my friends are stupid. Anyways, the whole video is actually a cartoon and as it gets deeper and deeper into the 'movie', it starts to get dumber and dumber until you realize it's a joke.
Well, uh... I guess that's to clear things up a bit.

No no no. That's part of a hand-drawn cartoon called "Rejected," in which the Family Learning Channel (a fictitious channel) was pitched with a series of bits like this one. This isn't even the funniest bit of it. Search "Rejected" on YouTube to find the whole thing.
