have the offspring released a cd with live songs, i saw a topic that mentiones one named punk esteem :confused: , but i dont know if it actually exists..

It's a bootleg. Probably from 1994 (I'm not checking right now, just going from memory). It was produced on a silver disc with covers and everything, but never an official release.
