If I use the coconut, it does nothing. The apple tree burns up, and the dandelion blows to the left.

How did you get to the desert? I got there breaking down the damn with the coconut and my coconut floated down into the desert. Then I used the apple tree and the bird came and ate all the apples.

Here's a hint if you're stuck at the desert: Go back and break the dam.

Although, I do wonder why the tree suddenly is engulfed in flames when it is brought down there by the guy instead of the dam.

I think it's the fact that there's no moisture without the river flowing through the desert.
