I dunno if anyone likes him... if you don't know who he is, http://www.myspace.com/shawnmullins the last song on there is an acoustic version of the song that made him a one hit wonder... that was probably his only really popular song, and most of his music is really folky/bluegrassy. "Cold Black Heart" is a really good song, I think.

Anyway, I have three of his albums. They're all *really* good. Does anyone else like him? This thread can also just to be discuss folk and bluegrass, but I'm just curious whether or not I'm the only one into this kinda stuff.

Ah, I remember this dude. The hick guy that sung that "Lullabye" song (or "Rockabye", whatever the hell he called it *snigger*).

Yeah... that song was okay. :) Nothin' wrong with a little hick bluegrass, though!

He doesn't sound very bluegrassy to me.
I actually like the parts of Cold Black Heart where there's no singing. Not that I have a problem with his voice, just that the music during those parts is a thousand times better than anything else on the page.
