I was going to make a thread about the G8 summit. More specifically, about Bono speaking out against the AIDS pledge. Normally, I tolerate aging rock stars sticking their noses in politics only when they use real arguments and not dumb slogans and rhetoric. But I kinda liked when he criticized the G8 because he revealed the accessibility of confidential information for a celebrity like him. The bitch of it is next year they'll surely be more careful when they block money for AIDS. But hey, now everyone can blame Canada!
