Because it's supposed to be 'hidden'. It seriously took me about a few months to figuring out there was a little track after Pay The Man.

CO1 wasnt a short record it had 14 songs (if u count with huck it). No intermission, only a short intro.

Splinter would be short even with a long ending. Neocon as intro, doesnt really count.. and when you are in prision is like an outro that suck :P 10 regular songs... thats like nothing...
