Actually, that last panel is why I hate Chef Brian strips and find them so ridiculously unfunny/ Venom Symbiote like most of the time.

The first panel is pretty good though.

I don't understand how those comics are funny. I know the joke's all in the surrealism but it just seems like he's put far, far too much effort into trying to be odd and cooky.

They're not funny whatsoever. They're just quite fitting in this thread.

But I feel slightly worried that I can't even see the attempted humour. I don't have to find something funny to appreciate where its humour lies.

Is it meant to be funny, simply because is isn't? Like anti-humour in comic form?
