Has anyone read/started reading it yet? I picked up a copy yesterday but finished the other book I was working on first so I didn't get a chance to read past the intro yet. I was seriously debating whether I should get the actual book or the book-on-cd which is "shouted at you by the author", but I decided to get the book itself.
