View Full Version : Issues with the web address
At the moment, every time I type in the offspring forum address into my address bar, the address keeps changing itself into www.office.co.uk/forums
Anyone know why?

I smell a human error, which is euphemism for "you're doing something wrong". Try deleting the browsing history so the address bar is empty.

You're using Explorer? Microsoft pre-loads it with bookmarks for things they do. So, if you just type "off" and look for it to fill in the rest, it will default to Office because it's Microsoft owned.
Thing is I don't =/ I always type in the full address. I don't tend to use the autofill memory type thing.

If it's IE that's playing you up, why not try Opera? It's pretty good an had a usefull speed page thingy!

Has someone been playing with the hosts file or are you behind an external proxy?
