Well that's a bit annoying, the link image sizes are not quite what I want :( It's a choice of either 400px or 800px which is lame.

And these last few are from a piece I did when I was doing my year 12 art finals, I used linoprinting to make a stage-by-stage piece on a spider spinning a web then put each stage on a massive piece of canvas on which I'd drawn a huge spider... lol it turned out pretty cool

lol the lino print was such a bitch, I cut myself numerous times when I was carving...! So blood and sweat truly did go into that project XD

Just out of curiosity what cameras do people use? I currently have a Samsung Digimax A6, which ok but somewhat bulky. However I purchased a Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ3 yesterday, I'm superduper happy since I've wanted this camera for ages and its finally within my budget! Just have to wait a few days for it to arrive, damnit!!

Bit of a bumpage. So over the past month and a half I've been posting photos to a blog of mine (it can be seen in my sig). They are all my 'artsy' photos, but at the same time all 1280x800 pixels (my screen resolution, and hence used as my backgrounds). Check it out if you can be arsed, plus if anyone has a blog (be it a photoblog or just a normal blog) then maybe we can share a little bit of linkage?

Plus, looking back at some of these photos, I do have to say they are pretty damn cool. I won't mention any in particular, since they are all soooo good.

That was actually my second time painting that. I did the same thing on my wall of my room about a month or two before I moved. I missed it, so I just did it again in my new room. But then I moved again... :(

Took less time than the Frankenstein Girl, but I had to do a million coats of white to get it to show up as well as I wanted.
Also, that window the the right was weird and I couldn't find any curtains I liked that fit it, so I just got a big piece of reflective-ish cardboard that belongs in windows to keep out heat/light, spray painted the back of it white, and I ended up painting a huge rainbow on it. The rainbow went on it perfectly because that top half of my window was that weird half-circle shape, and later I put up my purpley curtains on the bottom half that's shaped normal. I wish I'd have taken pictures of that before I moved, but I didn't.:(

All done with acrylic paint. I just used a plain old pencil to draw everything out before painting, then after I painted it all in, I used a Sharpie for outlining and little details. SO MUCH fun. I love doing that.
