A comment on the indie blog:

I really liked it, but I think you should have mentioned that the name is short for "independent," and by becoming mainstream/signing onto a major company it technically can't be labeled that anymore.

I don't want this to turn into a debate about indie. Just thought I'd throw that out.

I thought about that, but I figured since the whole thing was essentially about how indie is an aesthetic and a general idea and not a genre, I figured it kind of explained itself. But I did spell independent wrong like 50 million times because I only got 3 hours of sleep last night.
