Lab.gruppen monitors The Offspring
Sweden - The new PLM Series Powered Loudspeaker Management system has been selected to handle stage monitoring power requirements during the US leg of The Offspring's current tour pending the release of their latest album in June.
Monitor engineer Shon Hartman, is impressed with the power and sonic fidelity of the PLM Series supplied by Schubert Systems Group. "They deliver great definition in a high SPL application," says the seasoned engineer. "We have five of these new PLM 10000Qs in an eight-mix rack: seven channels for my stage mixes using L-Acoustics 115XT HiQ coax wedges, one channel for the drum Thumper, and a spare amp."
