Create your own ringtones??

I had a site create-ringtones.com or something and it worked awesomely. But I guess it was a trial version cause now it ran out. Plus the songs I dl'd onto my phone were super long. It was a perfect program. But when I uninstalled it, and reinstalled it again it said that I needed a key for it. I found another site, but when I tried to dl it onto my phone, it said it was too big... when in reality, it was just a short part of the song.

Does anyone know any really good/easy/free sites for creating your own ringtones? Thanks in advance.

Canada has fuckall for Offspring songs... like maybe 10, that's it.

LOL, those aren't actual ringtones. I want singing on them, like most ringtones. But thanks.
