Ralph Nader was scheduled to speak on my campus at the same place and time as our infamous improv comedy group the Pappy Parker Players (http://www.pappyparkerplayers.com) . Interestingly enough, our e-newsletter listed both events regardless of this obvious conflict, advertising each as being October 23rd at 8:00pm in lecture hall 1. Really, there isn't much to the story, so I'll cut to the punchline. Nader got the boot and had to find another lecture hall to speak in, which I feel is some sort of powerfully ironic and ironically powerfull statement. So a bunch of guys making fun of how Robin is jealous that everything he uses has a bat- prefix and making crude sexual jokes presided over Nader. Well, they were hilarious and I got a free shirt out of the deal. (the nader jokes just kept coming by the way)
