I doubt it's Italy around pinkpop because that was also a festival. During the European tour in january Dexter's hair was crap (worst haircut he has ever had), so it's not from then.
Prolly Japan in march of 2001 I guess. Shame there isn't a clear audience shot, or else I missed it. Could also be from a US show I guess.
