What is the difference between the self-titled LP with the Cargo logo on the back and without the logo (only Nemesis) on the back?
I've heard that the one with the Cargo-logo could be from 1995?
Does anyone know how many copies were made of the two types of albums?

You can tell by the logos on the back.
The S/Ts from 1995 have different cover art and were released by Nitro.

There is no difference between the non-cargo and cargo s/t, except for the logo on the back.
Does the non-cargo s/t have lyric sheet?

i will guess no. i have seen one cargo with a lyric sheet, and seen/owned others without. but i have also seen someone selling a lyric sheet by itself... its possible someone bought a lyric sheet and put it in with a cargo but i dont think they have one originally.
i dont think i have seen any nemesis with no lyric sheet.

I've been told that the S/T with the black and white artwork and the Cargo-logo is from 1995? Just like the Nitro re-release??
And that it's actually not much worth if it has the Cargo-logo.
