pre-sale info removed from ticketmaster

did something change? the presale info (for vegas anyway) has changed/been removed from the ticketmaster site.

the presale date for the Irvine show changed too!! It was supposed to start in 15 minutes but now livenation says tomorrow at 10pst I saw on another post the presale password is Hammerhead but I don't know for sure :)
