Concussions blow

I was tackled in the first 5 min of my rugby match, and hit my head, and was pretty dizzy. Suddenly it's half time (35 min) and i though I was only on the field for 5. Everything feels so trippy, like trying to remember things. I also fucked up my hand later in the match, but can't remember how I did that either.
The doctor also says no contact for 4-6 weeks, so i might not be able to go into the pit at the offspring concert
I have no idea whats going on

You don't still feel dizzy and confused right? If that feeling persists and is unchecked it can have terrible and even fatal consequences.

The pit isnt even bad for Offspring anymore is it? I'm a bit of a wuss and I went in in 2005 when they were last here but I am not sure if its bad in other places?
