Where do I get the tickets when using the presale code? Thru Ticketmaster or somewhere else? because Ticketmaster says they go on sale tomorrow and I know they go on sale today for the Canandaigua show fan club members....

TicketMaster says the fan club presale starts in 10 minutes. They're your best bet because other ticket sites will likely rip you off.
