there is one cover on wikipedia but i'm not sure....

Thats strange I was thinking about this earlier today. The Kristy cover shown on Wikipedia looks like something off Paramores Riot! album :P

Couldnt find any artwork for Half Truism yet, I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
