i was watching tv yesterday, and i decided to watch Bubble Boy, and i discovered Come Out and Play was played multiple times in the movie. i had know about Me, Myself and Irene, Idle Hands, and Orange County (i may be forgetting some, i just woke up), but i didnt know about a song of theirs being in Bubble Boy, so i was wondering if anyone else here on The Offspring Forums have heard an Offspring song in any other movies?

Haha, Bubble Boy, really? I know for sure I've seen that movie, but it had to have been before I was an Offspring fan. Surely, I would have noticed.
The New Guy had Dammit, I Changed Again in it. American Pie...2 (I think) had Want You Bad. That's about all I can think of.

Movie "The Faculty" has "The Kids Aren't Alright" in it, and if I remember correctly "D.U.I." is in the movie called "I Know What You Did Last Summer".

i knew about pretty much all the other post,
but i dont remember a song in Click or How to Eat Fried Worms,
well i knew COAP is supposed to be in Click,
but i could never find the scene it was in.

Oh, so it's actually in the movie. Cool. Somehow, I got the impression that it was only in the promo. I wanna see that movie.
EDIT: and for the record, the song in the trailer was "Original Prankster".

i think theres one or two other movies. i remember the only reason i saw me myself and irene was to hear Total Immortal (i think thats the song that was on it).
Pretty Fly was played on an episode of King Of The Hill.
Also, Come Out and Play is played at every New York Islanders home game.

In the new 90210 they have played both You're Gonna Go Far Kid and Kristy, Are You Doing Okay? ... the former was in the pilot and that is actually why I started watching it :p

It was in the pool scene and a marching band was playing it. Oh yeah and how to eat fried worms must have just been the previews cause thats all i saw

Heh yeah, I was just going to say that one. We watched this movie on the school, and suddenly I hear a really familiar drumming pattern. After a few seconds I understood that it could be nothing other than Americana! :D

In the new 90210 they have played both You're Gonna Go Far Kid and Kristy, Are You Doing Okay? ... the former was in the pilot and that is actually why I started watching it :p
I knew about YGGFK in the pilot and watched it specifically for the five seconds they played it, but I had no idea about Kristy.

just the trailer for this one. That'd be a really interesting inventory though. "What movie trailers have the offspring in them?" I've seen sooo many. Far more than the number of movies their songs have been in.

Yes Nitro is featured in Varsity Blues. The movie is really good, and is about an american football team. I havent been able to find it to download.

I have nothing new to contribute, but I got really excited when I saw American Pie 2 on today - because Want You Bad is in it. :)
So I watched it all and waited so I could see it in the credits. I thought it was neat that they credited Dexter as Bryan Keith Holland for writing the song. lol

LOL I know, but he always credits himself at Dexter Holland, I've only really seen him being called that on outside sources like IMDB or Wikipedia or something...
